How to place an order

In order to properly place an order, you must identify your device, e.g. Mini Bio 20kW v02B.
The detailed information should be available in the VAT invoice of the purchased equipment or its nameplate, or on a sticker on the device itself.
If you tell us the serial number of the device when place an order, we will be able to verify whether the parts you order will fit.

Therefore, we would like to kindly ask you to provide the serial number in the "leave comment" field at the second stage, "Summary and payment", when placing the order.

In the comments you can also specify the preferred shipping method (courier or Polish Post) and inform us whether you prefer quick or less expensive delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated individually for every order, depending on the target country, type of shipping company and delivery costs.

Parcels up to 30 kg

prepayment to our account - PLN 25
cash on delivery (up to PLN 600) - PLN 35
cash on delivery (above PLN 600) - individually

Pallet - PLN 209.10
Shipping abroad - individually

Costs of shipping by Polish Post are calculated on a case by case basis.

Delivery by Polish Post usually takes up to 5 business days.
Delivery by DB Schenker - 2 business days.
